How to migrate Backup Exec 2014 sp1 to server with a different Windows OS version

I've tried to search for a solution for migrating my BE 2014sp1 environement from Windows Server 2008R2 to Windows Server 2012R2. I wish to keep my server name, AD users, hardware, jobs, backups and retention info from the 2008R2 install in my new 2012R2 install. Is this possible?
