Backup exec 2014

Dear, good day
I have backup exec 2014 sp1 server and database sql 2014 with OS windows server 2012 R2 standard, I have deployed the agent is installed, created scheduled tasks, and every time it runs runs the backing few megs then the execution is cut back, and so this two weeks ago and more than reviewed and can not find a solution.
