BE12 don´t take tapes randomly

Hi Folks,

It is my first time on forum, I am from Brazil and the company uses BE2012.

So, two week ago I am experincing a strange thing. The BE12 don´t change tapes even if the tapes are completely full. I don´t know what is happening, because before it was working fine.

Example: The job starts, the Unit TL4000 takes the first tape and while the tape has space the others jobs takes the same tape, and sometimes the tape is almost full, I think that in this case the BE12 needs to change to another empty or half full tape, but it still continue at the same tape at the end and the job don´t take any other tape.

I would like that the procced come back to randomly tape.

Anyone could help me?
