I need a solution

Hi folks,

I am in the process to implement AIR in one of my environments. Thus I have a new media server with disk storage attached to it that is supposed to do backups for me and then replicate them to a different master. We tested this while backing up itself and one of the master server nodes. (It's a cluster) Eveything worked perfectly so I set it up to do so on the clients as well. Alas once I do that I get NBU 2063 and I have no idea why. There is no vm.conf entry with MM_SERVER_NAME and I ran bpminlicense on the media server in question. I also added our volume license key and when querying the media server this is what I see:

None of the licences is expired or has a set limit so I am confused about what the problem could be. Am I missing another licence here? (And why does it work when backing up on of the master nodes which is not the media server used for the disk storage?)

I am running NetBackup 7.5.0.7 with RedHat 2.6.32 on both master and media server the client is still on 7.1 however, could that be an issue?

As always any help or insight is much appreciated!

Chris
