I need a solution

Hello experts,
We have Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard, SP1
We've installed Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option 7.5 75096a 64-bit, after successful installation, and running of "Symantec DLO Console" it shows this error:
Symantec Desktop and Laptop Option
Unable to connect to server 'SERVERNAME'. DLO Administration service is not running. Would you like to check the service credentials?
---------------------------
Yes No
---------------------------
In the "SQL Server Configuration Manager" we can see it's really not running. (Both "DEDUPE" and "DLO" instances.)
Installed "SQL Server Management Studio", based on this reccomendation:
http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?pag...
Login to the DB ended with error:
TITLE: Connect to Server
------------------------------
Cannot connect to SERVERNAME\DLO.
------------------------------
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 2)

Checked Event Viewer, there is this error:
FileMgr::StartLogFiles: Operating system error 2(The system cannot find the file specified.) occurred while creating or opening file 'e:\sql10_main_t.obj.x86fre\sql\mkmastr\databases\objfre\i386\modellog.ldf'. Diagnose and correct the operating system error, and retry the operation. Source: MSSQL$DLO

(The same results when we run it from Services.)

Tried: „Setup /QUIET /ACTION=REBUILDDATABASE /INSTANCENAME=MSSQLSERVER /SQLSYSADMINACCOUNTS=domain\myname /SAPWD=StrongPassword“
From here:

No success, services are not running...
Thank you for help in advance!
